Bottom line is we need friends and family who have our back.  Who are they?  Do they take care of you better than you take care of yourself at times?  Are they available in good times and bad?  Good!  Those are the keepers!  Surround yourself with your people, because you can’t always be putting out without replenishing.  And sometimes we need more than a nudge to remember that!
